The Summit is a 150 unit townhome community being built in the quaint town of Franklin, Virginia. It features two story family-size condos.  As beautiful as the peaceful town of Franklin, attention to detail was given to every unit such as installing granite finish countertops and wood finished flooring. Private parking is included as every home has a parking garage.
